Advocacy and Awareness Campaigns

Designing and executing impactful advocacy strategies for disability inclusion, gender equality, and human rights. I’ve collaborated with UNESCO, GIZ, and other international bodies to promote inclusive policy design, practices, and attitudes.

Capacity Building and Training

Developing and delivering targeted training programs to empower individuals, organizations, and institutions on disability inclusion, social protection, and inclusive education. Past projects include TVET training for GIZ in Pakistan and Ghana and Inclusive Labour Market training materials for GIZ in Indonesia and globally.

Inclusive Project Design and Management

Providing end-to-end project development, from concept to implementation, with a focus on human rights-based approaches. Extensive experience includes developing and advising projects for DFAT, GIZ, ILO, and the British Council.

Mid-term and Final Evaluations

Conducting evaluations for projects and programs to assess their effectiveness and sustainability. Expertise includes the UNESCO Inclusive Education Programme in Jordan; UNESCO’s Education Sector in Inclusion in Education; Evaluation of the BMZ Action Plan for the Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities 2013-2015; and the Evaluation of Handicap International’s Education Project in Indonesia and Timor-Leste.

Content and Material Development

Creating high-quality and accessible training materials, guidelines, media products, websites, and learning platforms. This includes developing manuals and guidelines for the British Council, GIZ, ILO, and VET Toolbox; films, magazines and websites for EENET; and learning platforms for EENET, EarthRights International, International Disability Alliance, and Light for the Word.

Research and Policy Advisory

Conducting policy analysis and research to develop inclusive policies in education, employment, and social development sectors, working with organisations like UNESCO on a TVET policy review in Indonesia, with UNESCO on an HIV and AIDS Policy review in Nigeria, with Light for the World on an Inclusive Education Policy Development for South Sudan, with GIZ on Inclusive Labour Market Policies in Indonesia; and developed for GIZ a Situational Analysis about Persons with Disabilities in Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.
